What is Fig Newtons?
Fig Newton is a somewhat mysterious cookie. What is a Fig Newton anyway? The seed-studded fig paste peaking out from the light brown, soft cookie appears both uniform and rugged. They aren’t round, nor are they perfectly square. The tops and edges are slightly curved and smooth.
Fig Newtons have been gracing lunch boxes and afternoon snack plates for quite some time. Although they’re a sweet treat, Newtons have always seemed a little healthier or more grown-up than other cookie brands, showcasing fruity fillings front and center to stand out against chocolate cookies and creamy frosting.
What is the Fig Newtons Machine Line?
The Fig Newtons machine line includes SV-208 encrusting machine, slicer and SV-302 tray arranging machine. The main machine of the line is SV-208, which is suitable for product under 180 grams, especially products under 50 grams, with a high output of 80-120 per minute. We use strong and hygienic stainless steel cutter that meets your sanitary requirements.
With user-friendly color touch screen, date for up to 99 products can be stored in the SV-208 with large production capacity and superior facilitate production management. Iniside the filling feeder, we have stable feeding rollers to keep weight of each product the same, which might effect by the back-flow resistance when transfering raw materials.
The independent cutter sharply cuts bar-shaped dough formed with SV-208 and other encrusting machines. It can cut soft and sticky materials without damaging the shape and structure. The horizontal movement of the blade can cut the extruded dough from the encrusting machines without laying the dough on the conveyor.
The last machine in this machine line is SV-302 tray arranging machine, it is high-productivity, gentle extrusion, hygienic operation without any manual contact with products.
