\nThe function of SV-208A encrusting machine is to stuff the fillings into the maamoul dough. Because it has 3 hoppers, one for maamoul dough, another two for fillings. usually, the inner filling is soft and tight fillings, such as dates filling, lotus seed filling, red bean filling. and the innermost filling can be thin, such as chocolate liquid, jam. the stuffed dough moves to SV-302 stamping machine through conveyor belt, the stamping machine accurately locates the position of the dough through the photoelectric sensor device. and then, air compressor gives air pressure to the machine to drive the stamping mold to move downward, so that the pattern on the stamping mold will be pressed onto the stuffed dough, which forms maamoul. by the way , we use stamping molds made of food-grade materials, which are durable and non-stick, so the dough will not stick to the molds after stamping. Then the maamoul goes into the third machine\u2014automatic tray arranging machine. it puts maamoul on the tray automatically, neat and precise, greatly saving time and labors.
