The E-1500 is a large floor standing style coil winding machine, designed to be easily positioned in a factory or workshop. The head and bench is fabricated from heavy guage galvanised steel and covered in stainless steel, and the machine is provided with a fixture plate, tailstock with security closure, guider system, safety guard and foot pedal.
\n The machine CNC is easily programmed electronically and a foot pedal is provided for full manual control of the machine when this is required.
\n This machine is specially designed for the manufacture of large inductive devices, solenoids and power and distribution transformers, typically in the range of 10 to 1,200 KVA, using aluminium or copper wires, (including rectangular or flat wires with a special guider).
\n The wide range of available winding speeds (up to 500 rpm.*) permits primary and secondary windings to be made on the same machine, thus reducing the number of production processes.
